expanding market for Foodbarn quiches

There are always interesting anecdotes in our never boring lives at the Foodbarn (aka the Crazy Barn).

Mike, one of the Delis very regular locals, sent this in… apparently our feathered friend has quite a discerning palate as any new flavour variants are dismissed immediately. It has to be a Quiche Lorraine and it has to be from The Foodbarn.

I’m sure Franck had this in mind when we started making them 🙂
