Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 135g castor sugar
  • 155g softened butter
  • 75g sifted cocoa powder
  • 90g dark chocolate, melted
  • 250ml cream
  • 25g icing sugar

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixer: Cream the egg yolks and icing sugar until light and fluffy and white in colour.
  2. While continuing to whisk: Add the butter Add the sifted cocoa Add the melted chocolate
  3. In another bowl whisk the cream till thick. Add the icing sugar.
  4. Fold the cream and chocolate mixture together.
  5. Refrigerate.
